Here's how to upload client files manually (even when they don't):
Go to your client's profile
Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu
Click "Upload a New Document"
Pick the right form or doc category from the Form Type List
If needed, mark if the doc is for the spouse
Drag + drop or select the file you want to upload
Click "Upload Document" and you're done ✅

Clean scans = better results. Skip the blurry phone pics.
OCR stands for Optical Character Recognition. It's what SmartWiz uses to "read" your docs and pull the right info.
